Cozy Rooms promotes your property to bring reservations. in return the guest and the owner must pay a percentage which will be indicated before booking.
How Can You Become a Host Or Co-Host
1- Cozy Rooms provides a connection between owners and tenants.
2- The Host may be either private owners or approved real estate agencies.
3- Owners are required to complete a contract with tenants and present it to the local authorities before entering the premises. The contract must be signed by both parties and the tenants’ identity cards or passeport mentioned on the contract.
4- the publication of your properties is free on cozyrooms.net and you only pay when there are reservations.
Non Tunisians Users
1- Non-Tunisians using cozyrooms.net must provide the owner with a copy of their passport for a declaration obligation imposed by Law No. 1968-0007 of March 8, 1968, relating to the condition of foreigners in Tunisia, which requires any person housing a foreigner for any reason whatsoever, even free of charge, to inform the Police Station or the National Guard of their place of residence within a maximum of 48 hours.
Cozy Rooms Fees
1- Cozy Rooms charge fees to Hosts (“Host Fees”) and Guests (“Guest Fees”) (collectively, “Cozy Rooms Fees”) in consideration for the use of the cozyrooms.net.
2- Cozy Rooms fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Conditions and Refunds
1-Hosts and guests are responsible for any changes and cannot cancel a confirmed reservation except in certain justified cases of external force (such as serious illness, death, or serious problem with the property).
2- If a Host cancels a confirmed reservation, the Guest will receive a full refund of the total fees for that reservation within a commercially reasonable time after cancellation. In some cases, Cozyrooms may offer the Guest an alternative to a refund but instead to rebook. In such case, Cozyrooms Payments will credit the amount of such fee against the Guest’s subsequent reservation, as required by the Guest.
Security Deposit
1- the owner can charge an amount which will be refunded to the tenant if there is no damage.
